As promised last week,
Apple has made iOS 7 available for all eligible iOS devices. iOS 7 is
available for download via OTA for the users with the below listed
devices. iOS 7 comes with some impressive list of features
mostly aimed at improving the look and feel of the operating system
while adding some important functionality like Control center, better
multitasking, Airdrop, live wallpapers and most importantly, iTunes
Radio.
Below is the list of devices getting the iOS 7 update today.
At the time of writing this post, Apple’s servers are getting bombarded with millions of users trying to update to iOS 7 at once. The most common error being “Unable to check for Update“. Some users have reported that changing the DNS servers worked for them, but we aren’t sure if that’s a proper fix for what looks like genuine servers issue at Apple. Alternatively, you can try connecting your device to iTunes and download the update file from there.
We shall be posting the direct download links as soon as they become available.
Update: iOS 7 ipsw files are available for direct download.
